Majority opinion (market sentiment)

Majority opinion reports the proportion of users picking up versus down on a given asset. One actual example seen on the platform: 46% vs 54%. It is nothing more than a snapshot of how the crowd felt at that instant.

Important: the majority is not automatically correct. Prices can run counter to the crowd, and following sentiment blindly is no strategy at all. Use it as one more bit of context rather than a buy/sell signal — the product stays high risk.
